Grange Thistle Football Club are excited and thrilled to announce the appointment of our 2023 Under 23 Men’s Head Senior Football Coach.
Stephen Lindsay is our new U23 Senior Coach.
He is the previous FQPL3 Men’s Head Coach for Toowong FC & Reserves Premiership coach, and we are very proud to have Stephen join the Thistle personnel to be leading the club into the future
Stephen previous senior coaching experience is:
2021 Toowong FC BPL Reserves Coach
2020 Toowong FC City 1 Coach
2018 to 2019 Toowong FC Under 20 Coach
2016 to 2017 Toowong FC Under 18 Coach
In addition, Stephen playing experience includes two stints at Grange Thistle, 1979 to 1982 (Senior Colts, Reserve Team, and First Team including 1982 Brisbane 1st Division Premiership and Grand Final Winner), and 1989 to 1991 (Brisbane XXXX Premier League). He also played with Eastern Suburbs in the Brisbane XXXX Premier League from 1985 to 1988, and Frenchville in the Central Queensland League from 1983 to 1984.
The club is thrilled to have Stephen to drive our U23 groups charge toward a successful finals series and 2023 season.
